I can't even run for very long right now, but I plan on starting a program like the c25k mentioned above. It's down the road after I lose the rest because with Medifast, if I exercise TOO much, my weight loss slows down, but when I start increasing my calories, I will need to exercise more to maintain.<br /><br />Good for you in steppin on with things.
